1周快跑4次 死亡率比慢跑增9倍
丹麥最新研究指出,快跑等激烈運動長期有損健康,增加死亡風險,速度適中的慢跑才是
長壽最佳秘訣。
哥本哈根腓特烈斯貝醫院的團隊,研究1098名健康跑者與413名健康但不運動者,追蹤期
達12年。結果發現,每周跑共逾2.5小時或逾4次、跑步時速達11.3公里以上者,死亡率竟
然與不運動的「沙發馬鈴薯」相當,比每周跑1至2.4小時、跑速約時速8公里的跑者,死
亡率高出9倍。這份研究報告發表在前天最新一期《美國心臟病學會期刊》。
研究人員史諾爾(Peter Schnohr)指出,跑步屬劇烈運動,長期下來可能對健康造成危
害,尤其是心血管系統。如果跑步目的是為降低死亡風險且延年益壽,建議每周2至3次以
適中速度慢跑為最佳;跑步頻率太高或太劇烈不僅沒必要,更可能傷身。
台大醫院心臟內科主治醫師王宗道指出,部份有心血管疾病家族病史者會因此更注重運動
,接受研究的跑者中可能就包括這類人士,但他們可能帶有潛在心血管疾病,死亡風險原
本就較高。此外,運動對人體健康是「短空長多」,長期而言絕對有助益,但不運動的人
剛開始運動時確實會對身體形成壓力。他強調,運動時千萬別勉強,一旦出現胸悶、呼吸
困難等現象,就要立刻停止並就醫,最好做運動心電圖檢查,了解運動時心臟狀況。(國
